学校教师队伍阵容强大，本科学历全面覆盖，硕士研究生比例高达35%，中高级职称达85%，特级教师、学科带头人、市级以上优秀教师、优秀班主任，市级以上各类赛课一等奖以上获得者达55%。

We have competitive faculty, approximately 100% of whom have a bachelor degree, approximately 35% have a master degree, and approximately 85% are Senior Teachers or Secondary Teachers. 55% or above of our teachers are recognized as Special Grade Teachers, awarded the honorable title of Academic Leader, winning the title of Outstanding Teacher or Outstanding Head Teacher.
